What we are seeing with Vox’s media representation is hysterical. They are called ‘far-right’ yet the articles don’t provide any evidence of being ‘far-right’ beyond them being ‘anti-immigration’.
In Britain we voted to leave the European Union because of ‘anti-immigration’, this is the most sensible policy in view of the climate crises where we will need to protect our national community.
What we are seeing in the media is an Orwellian language game described in 1984 of the moral calculus that arrived following World War Two of ‘Hitler’ and ‘Un-Hitler’. Anything that is associated with ‘Hitler’ is moral everything associated with ‘Un-Hitler’ is immoral.
In Europe the far-right is experienced as non-european racial violence and in this sense the radical right are the reaction and defence from the far-right within the European Union.
We have seen racially motivated murders of Europeans from non-Europeans throughout the Summer, the radical right are the only individuals aiming to protect the EU. The media are afraid of analysing non-European violence and therefore they victimise European politicians that are aiming to try and protect European families. It is very likely that people throughout America and Europe vote for the left parties because they are afraid of non-European violence and they like to have the opportunity of asserting that they are not afraid of non-European violence. Therefore all of the votes for the Democrats and the socialists may well be viewed as the great opportunity for the Europeans to show that they aren’t afraid of non-Europeans.
Media attacks on the radical right are the equivalent of attacking the police or the army.
